I have a question which I hope maybe some one can help me on.
What was more easily accessible during the war years, agfacolor 16mm and 8mm home movie film or American Kodak safety film.

I have acquired a number of original private color home movies from war time Germany and they seem to be 50 50.

Any ideas guys?

Thanks.
Ian :)

AFAIK the US govt banned all trade with the enemy and ceased the enemy property on US soil thus AGFA US became ANSCO. I don't think the Great Yellow Father had any business in Germany after 1941 but I do know the French branch was active during the early years of war so K films could enter Germany via France or were old stock from pre war times when K offered full lineup of products on the German market.
